Never miss another message. VoiceMail answers calls with your personal, changeable, and high-quality greeting. Callers leave a message when you are on the phone, away from your home or office, using the Internet, or don’t want to be interrupted. Messages, which are timed and dated, can be retrieved, saved or deleted from a push-button phone at any time of day. Voice mail is hassle free and easy to use.

Attached you will find an updated User Guide which includes our newest VoiceMail enhancements, such as:

*Create Multiple Greetings: Pre-record multiple greetings which allows you to change your incoming greeting at the touch of a button. Great for the person on the go. Refer to the User Guide in the Greetings option under the “Set Up Mailbox Menu”.
Auto Log-in: From your home phone, by-pass your mailbox number and password by enabling Auto Log-in. Refer to the User Guide under “To Set Up Mailbox”, option D.
*Message Forward: Forward a message to another GTC Voice Mail customer by pressing option 6 under the “Retrieve Messages” menu. Refer to the User Guide for instructions.
*Message Reply: Allows you to call back the party that left the message. Refer to the User Guide under “To Retrieve Message”, option 5. Certain restrictions apply.
